Express 2017 has encountered a problem and needs to exit

I have seen this post before but I don't think I there was a solution.

OS: Windows 10

RAM:16GB

GPU:Nvidia GTX 680 (2Gb of RAM)

Disk space: 200Gb free

 

I have installed the newest drivers from Nvidia. I am also running the on-board video card for my second display. I don't have another DVI connector at the moment but I am going to pick one up today.
