Cineform activations

Hi,

Has anyone had any success contacting GoPro regarding Cineform product activations? I had a hard drive die with a Neoscene activation and want to install it on another computer. No response from GoPro in ten days. I know they are having some problems but I hope this won't become yet another program I have paid for and can't use. Thanks!

     Thanks for your message. The activation page still works if you haven't installed it on two computers or you want to deactivate it on one to install to another. The problem with the activation on my dead hard drive is that there is no way to deactivate it to reactivate it on a new drive or other computer.
