When I assign the Quad Warp "Use Layer" corners to the corners exported by Mocha, they're all mixed up. Am I missing something? See image.
I guess this is because Mocha doesn't know any inherent orientation of the planes you give it, so it just guesses their position. You should be good by just renaming the points after import.
I guess that HF and Mocha haven't been properly introduced then.
Or I'll just keep reassigning the points in that pattern.
Actually, mocha never really knows orientation (I think Mocha 4 Pro allows a user to define a ground plane).
Basically with mocha you're telling it certain things are rectangles and it's attempting to extrapolate a 3D space based on 2D pixel movement, and it's extrapolating an orientation and position of a plane in 3D space based on how a 2D rectangle is skewed! I am always amazed it works at all!
Hehe. Reminds me of the feeling a Software developer encounters on a regular basis: http://imgace.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/the-essence-of-programming.png
I guess the Mocha developers had double the fun with it.
Weird. The rectangle defined in Mocha has clearly defined corner positions that always stay in position relative to each other.
@Robin love that. It sums up so many of my days at work. I have the first one to look forward to going back to tomorrow. Ya gottas love Mondays
