Low quality picture

edited February 11 in Filmmaking

I have made a promotional video for the Halifax Long March; an overnight walk for charity in its 52nd year.

MOD EDIT: Fixing links. The specified time of the example video is @1:37

Some cropping has been done in movieplus because I find it much easier than hitfilm (subject to your advice). It is then edited in hitfilm. On the computer, the images are fine but once imported into hit film it is like a 1970's tv picture with slightly blurred edges to everything. I have used "sharpen" and this is the quality I end up with. Any help/advice would be most welcome.

My version is hitfilm express 4.

Many thanks.
