Hitfilm is not letting me put multiple aaron burr images? (see below)

    how do I fix that.

I PROMISE I AM NOT TROLLING. I AM MAKING A REALLY WEIRD VIDEO THATS ALL :)

You're on the Editor Timeline. To place multiple images on the  editor timeline you'll need a separate track for each image, and you'll probably need to adjust the scale of each picture using the Scale property of each layer in the Controls panel.

If you want these overlays to animate, you'll need to create a Composite Shot and place each image on it's own layer.

  • oh ok :) mind elaborating i'm terrible with computers lol :)

  • @marcocarlucci what you are trying to achieve is called a "composite shot". try watching some tutorial videos on composite shots,

This tutorial is extremely thorough, and I would highly recommend watching all of it, but if you don't have time, then the section from 18:32-22:50 covers what you want to know.

Alternatively, this tutorial also explains the basics of composite shots from around 14:39

hopefully this is in some way useful
