  • Hi @rajanroy I'm sorry you are having issues with the software. Could you provide us with more info please? What were you doing when the crash occurred? Were you trying to open a 3D model in FBX format? If so would you be able to send us that model file?

  • i can't open my saved hfp file in hit film 4 express. Every time i want to open my file it shows "the contents of the file cannot be read" message . i have to done my job by today and it say error. please help me  thank you

    I just installed hitfilm but couldn't open it. The popup says "hitfilm 2017 has stopped working" please suggest.

    @Deepchaya the crash report is listing LavasoftTCPservice as the faulty module. This is Malware, not Hitfilm. 

    You need to clean your Windows.
